The Empowered Relationship Method is a 12 week coaching experience.
I say experience because we’ll follow a bespoke programme designed to examine your past and shape a new present, not just ‘check in’ for an hour a week or complete a workbook. If you commit yourself to doing this work you’ll have ‘ah ha’ moments on the regular, you’ll see parts of yourself that were previously hidden and have a radically different (and much more fulfilling) experience of relationships. I want clients who are going to show up, do the work and transform; are you ready?

Get clarity faster than you thought possible. I’ll create a bespoke programme for you based on our initial conversation and your desired outcomes to guide you on a journey through the Empowered Relationship Method. You’ll get lots of direct contact, with daily check ins and weekly coaching sessions, and consistent, loving accountability all the way through it.

Want to share the journey with other women doing the same work and lifting each other up?
Come together in healing, support, learning and often laughter, with ongoing feedback and daily posts from me. I’ve created video guides for you to follow each step of the programme on my dedicated membership portal. We connect, share progress and work through the tough stuff on weekly group Zoom circles, led by me but enriched in every way by you.

Want to maintain a loving, joy-filled, supportive relationship with your partner?
Understand the healthy versus unhealthy patterns of relating, explore new communication dynamics and learn what’s really going on underneath what’s being said. We’ll uncover the desires underneath your complaints (they’re always there) and find ways to reconnect to the things that brought you together. Intimacy, conflict, sex, we’ll untangle it all.
